All our Personal Home Carers (PHCs) have been fully vetted, references checked and have an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service).
We will keep you fully updated on any changes that are relevant to you
We will follow our Values at all times.
All our PHC’s will follow our on-going training system, and have taken any specialised training specific to you.
We will call you on a monthly basis, to make sure you have been happy with our service and if there are any changes you would like to make.
In addition, we will send out a customer satisfaction questionnaire annually, to help us improve our service further
We can provide your family with access to our Family App so they will always be up to date with how you are, no matter where they are.
